When Brian Gray’s sister, Nancy, returns from abroad for his engagement party, his fiancée, Sharon Lane, mistakes her for Brian’s mistress. In a fit of jealousy, Sharon humiliates and even injures Nancy, revealing her own true colors as well as faking her pregnancy. Later, it is discovered that Sharon and Sam Lange are plotting to kill Brian to seize control of his company. In the end, Sam is imprisoned, while Sharon and her family face a miserable punishment.
